CSG Finance Ltd ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. We keep it to a minimum and only use it for the reasons set out below.

What we collect.

When you fill in our contact form we collect your name and email address, along with anything else you choose to give us, such as your phone number, company name and message.

Why we use it.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to discuss and set up that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking first.

Who we share it with.

We don't sell your information. Your enquiry is processed by our website and email providers who store it securely on our behalf. We would only share it with anyone else if the law required us to.

How long we keep it.

If your enquiry doesn't lead to working together, we delete your details within [12] months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Just email info@csgfinance.co.uk.
